The accommodation corridors are supervised by residential house parent / teachers who live there and are responsible for the welfare and safety of the students overnight. Also, they are there to answer any questions and listen to any problems. This is a home away from home. It is an introduction to life in a boarding school community, where everyone learns to cooperate and take care of each other.

Your house parent is there to help you. Your house parent also wants to make sure you take care of yourself. You need to keep your room tidy (just like at home) and not disturb other people. You need to organise your time because it is very busy during the summer school.

Bed linen is provided by the College. You must remember to bring a towel for washing and a towel for swimming if you want to swim.

Your room will be cleaned every day. Your personal laundry will be done each week if you hand it in and collect it.

If you are coming for three weeks, it is not a good idea to bring your expensive iPod or other valuables with you. There is a school bank where you can keep your money and your passport.
