Refund Policy 2022
Posted on 13 October 2021 by Summer School Director
Coronavirus has caused a great deal of disruption and uncertainty in the world, but I am optimistic about what the future holds and feel 2022 is going to be a year of fresh challenges, approaches, and innovations .
International vaccine rates are incredibly positive, travel restrictions are relaxing and the world seems to be opening again. Whilst this is all very positive, I understand that people are still very cautious about international travel and students attending overseas programmes such as summer schools.
With this in mind, we are continuing to offer our flexible approach to registration, tuition fees and refunds so that we can ensure our processes are as easy as possible and as low risk as possible.
Our aim is to give you flexibility and peace of mind during these difficult times.
Online registration is easy and does not take long to complete. You can register a place on the 2022 St Edmund’s College Summer School without paying a deposit.
You do not need to pay a deposit when you register to attend our summer school.
However, if you require a formal letter from St Edmund’s College to support a visa application, you will need to pay a £500 deposit before you can receive this document.
We will refund all tuition fees paid (including deposits) for any reason, at any time up to the start of the summer school. This gives you the flexibility to cancel without having to worry about losing money.
If you have any questions, concerns or require additional information about our summer school fees and refund policy, please contact us direct at firstname.lastname@example.org.
